Trauma-Informed Therapy Services in Illinois

At Reclaiming Hope Wellness Center, we offer trauma-informed, relational, and somatic-based therapy for adults across Illinois through secure virtual sessions.

We support individuals navigating:

  • Complex trauma and PTSD
  • Dissociative disorders and parts work
  • Anxiety, panic, or chronic worry
  • Depression or emotional numbness
  • Grief and ambiguous loss
  • Identity exploration and life transitions

We are committed to gender-affirming care and offer space for spiritual, cultural, or ancestral wounds to be honored and integrated — especially for those holding legacy burdens, intergenerational trauma, or stories tied to faith, marginalization, or displacement.

Therapy here is rooted in consent, collaboration, and care. Whether you’re carrying something longstanding or facing a new challenge, we’re here to support your reconnection with your Self — at your pace, in your way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer telehealth therapy across all of Illinois?
Yes. We provide HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy to adults across the state.

What if I’m not sure what I need help with?
That’s okay. Many clients come in unsure. We’ll work collaboratively to explore what’s showing up and where support is most needed.

Do you provide gender-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming care?
Absolutely. We welcome LGBTGEQIAP+ clients and neurodivergent individuals with warmth, respect, and understanding of systemic and identity-based trauma.

Can I work on both past trauma and current challenges?
Yes. We support both long-held trauma and present-day transitions, patterns, or distress. You don’t need to choose just one — therapy can hold both.
