Fees
Initial Psychiatric Assessment (2 sessions): $230 each
Individual, couples or family therapy
- $180 for 53-60 minutes
- $150 for 38-52 minutes
- $90 for 30 minutes
Group therapy: $50 per group
Crisis counseling: $45 per 15-minute increment
Insurance
We are currently in-network with:

- Aetna Better Health (Medicaid)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO
- Blue Cross Community Health (Medicaid)
- Cigna/Evernorth
- Meridian (Medicaid)
- Optum/United Healthcare
We are actively working to expand access to additional private insurance plans. If we are out-of-network with your provider, we’re happy to provide a Superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement.
All services must be paid at the time they are provided.
Important Note About Medicaid Coverage
Due to recent state policy changes, some Medicaid and ACA-related plans may have reduced coverage. While Lisa Mandl remains listed in Medicaid directories, this does not guarantee coverage going forward.
We are committed to continuity of care and offer a limited number of low-fee or pro bono spots for those affected. If this applies to you, please contact us to discuss your options.
Sliding Scale & Accessibility
We offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship, particularly those from underserved communities. Rates are determined based on individual need and therapist availability.
